Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions define the contractual relationship between Intrepid Delta GmbH
and the event participants or business partners.
The following terms and conditions are accepted as a contractual basis with a booking.

1. Service
Intrepid Delta GmbH (provider and organizer) offers specialized events, congresses, seminars and conferences.
Participation fees, venue and time as well as the program can be found in the description of each event on the
website or other information material of the provider.

2. Registration / Participation Conditions
The description of the individual events on the website or other materials provided by Intrepid Delta GmbH
does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract, but merely a request for booking. The contract comes into
force when the provider expressly accepts the booking.
Registrations will be considered according to the date of receipt. There is no general right to participate; The
organizer reserves the right to approve admission in each individual case.
Upon receipt of the registration, a confirmation of registration and an invoice will be sent.
The invoice must always be paid before the start of the event. There is no right to participate in an event without
paying the invoice in full.

3. Terms of payment
Payment is done upon invoicing
If payment has not been made within 30 days of the due date and receipt of the invoice, a demand notice will be
sent.

4. Participation / Cancellation
Delegates
For cancellations received 8 weeks or less before the start of the event, the full participation fee will be charged;
The same applies in case of non-appearance.
Cancellations made before this date will be charged with a 50% administration fee. However, a substitute
participant may be named. In this case, the debtor remains the original contractual partner.
Cancellations must be made in writing, addressed to the organizer and are only valid by confirmation of the
organizer.

Business partners
If the business partner withdraws its participation until 8 months before the start of the event, it will be released
from payment of the participation fee. The cancellation must be in the form of a text, must be sent to the
organizer and will be valid only after confirmation by the organizer. For cancellations received by the organizer
up to 5 months prior to the start of the event, 50% of the original participation fee will be charged. In the case of
cancellations which are received by the organizer at a later date, 100% of the original participation fee is due.

The organizer reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel any event or individual parts geographically and /
or in time. The organizer has the right to replace announced speakers by other qualified speakers and to make
necessary changes to the event program, while preserving the overall character of the event.
In case an event has to be canceled due to disturbances at the venue or other circumstances not foreseen by the
organizer (force majeure), the participants will be informed immediately. If possible, a new event date will be
given.

If the participant does not have the possibility to participate in the new appointment, he can withdraw from the
contract.

In the case of cancellation of an event (exception: force majeure), the already paid participation fees will be
refunded or a credit note will be issued.
Any further claims are excluded, unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior of the
supplier.

5. Limitations of liability
The organizer is not liable for accidents, loss or damage to the property of the participant in events taking place
in facilities of 3rd parties, unless they are based on deliberate or grossly negligent behavior of the organizer.
The organizer accepts no liability for the content and correctness of the lectures and event documentation.

6. Copyrights
The working documents, lectures and event documentation are protected by copyright and may not be used and /
or disseminated in any form, including, but not limited to, business, without the consent of the organizer or the
respective speakers.
For the intended sound and image recording during the event, the organizer's express consent is required.
Photographing for private purposes is permitted to an appropriate extent.

7. Privacy
The organizer and, if applicable, other co-organizers who are expressly named in the event, collect, process and
use the personal data provided by the participants in accordance with the legal provisions.
Notwithstanding these provisions, Intrepid Delta GmbH and the co-organizers named in the event, can inform
the participants in the course of contract execution and for advertising about their own similar products and
services in electronic form, for example via email.
Objection against the use of the given email address for advertising purposes, in particular direct advertising,
can be sent in written form at any time to the Intrepid Delta GmbH, Florastraße 47 13187 Berlin, Germany.

8. Data protection declaration
For the events lists with the data of the participants (name, first name, company) are created. The participant list
is not public and will only be handed out to the participants of the respective event. As a participant, I agree that
my data will be published on the participant list. I can withdraw the authorization granted at any time with effect
for the future.
If you as a participant in the event do not agree with the transfer of your data, please inform the organizer at
least 3 weeks before the event.

9. Place of Performance / Jurisdiction
An out-of-court dispute settlement is excluded.
These conditions and the entire legal relationship of the parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of
Germany under exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
(CISG).
As far as legally permissible, Berlin is agreed as the place of performance and jurisdiction.
